“Just because you think you can’t do something, doesn’t mean that you are right.”

- Katie Spotz, Athlete, Author, Charitable Ambassador

After 70 days alone at sea, Katie Spotz became the youngest person in the world to row an ocean solo. No stranger to overcoming challenges, Katie’s list of accomplishments is long, and includes five ironman triathlons, cycling across America, a 325-mile river swim, running 100-mile distance races—and she’s already planning her next adventure.

Throughout her adventures, Katie isn’t just seeking to make history. She is also raising money for a cause she cares about—providing access to clean drinking water to everyone in the world. Along the way, Katie’s adventures have helped nearly 50,000 people gain access to safe water in Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Uganda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, the Dominican Republic, and the USA. Katie is a three-time Tedx Talk speaker and her charitable work has been featured on World News with Diane Sawyer, Anderson Cooper 360, NPR, PBS News Hour, The Joe Rogan Experience, Discovery Channel, New York Times, and many other programs.
