Mark McGinnis

Commander Mark McGinnis is a professional speaker and consultant with decades of leadership experience. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy and 4-year varsity football player, he has 24 years of Special Operations experience as a United States Navy SEAL. As a SEAL, Mark held leadership positions at all levels of command and led SEAL missions worldwide.

Following his active duty service, Mark worked for a Fortune 500 medical devices company as a Front Line Sales Rep and Regional Sales Director. He is the Founder and Managing Director of the SEAL Legacy Foundation, a not-for-profit providing direct support to the families of fallen SEALs.

Commander McGinnis’ first Authenica appearance was at the Excellence, The Adventure Continues event hosted at the Lodge at Torrey Pines in 2016.  In addition to the SEAL Legacy Foundation being honored as a Non-Profit of Excellence at the Excellence on the Chesapeake experience held in Annapolis, MD later that same year, Mark was one of the eight (8) panelists for the Southern Excellence event held at The Cloister on Sea Island, GA in 2018 and oversees the SEAL Leadership Team Training program and Joint Force Elite Leadership Traits call series supported by Authenica.

He has provided individual and team consulting services as a recognized leadership expert.
