Srini Pillay M.D. is a Harvard-trained psychiatrist and brain researcher who is also a certified master executive coach with more than two decades of experience in applying brain science to mindset shifts.
Dr. Pillay also serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of Reulay, a virtual therapeutic platform building a metaverse for well-being and peak human performance. Reulay leverages machine learning to provide research-based video and virtual reality experiences to company employees to help reduce stress, build resilience, agility and creativity.
In addition, as the CEO of NeuroBusiness Group, Srini pioneered a field of leadership called neurocoaching®. At present, Srini is currently on the faculty of Duke Corporate Education, serves as a member of The Consortium for Learning Innovation thinktank at McKinsey & Company and has written several books, notably Tinker Dabble Doddle Try: Unlock the Power of the Unfocused Mind.
Srini made his first Authenica appearance at the Your Space Within symposium event in Cleveland, OH in 2018, hosted the Biomagical Leadership virtual event at the height of the pandemic in 2021, and introduced the themes of Positive Disintegration and Possibility Thinking at Authenica’s Finding Neuro event in December of that same year.
