The Neuroscience of Change is a high-impact biofeedback-driven coaching program dedicated to elevating leadership, innovation and performance.
This rich experience is designed for teams and organizations that want to implement a strategy to support cultural change in a new and different way, leveraging biometrics and neuroscience principles, leading to positive and sustainable behavior changes to address individual and organizational overwhelm. This work is based on 25+ years of breakthrough research in Neuroscience, Biology and Epigenetics to help individuals/teams understand, accelerate and effectively navigate change. We will teach individuals, and the collective organization, how to access the power of the brain to create significant positive changes in their lives, and how to manage periods of stress in a more productive way, leading to more creation and high performance.
“The NOC Program provides a functional and effective framework to transform the leader’s personal reality in a meaningful way.”
– Daniel, CEO, Regrained
Summary of Program Content
Ideal for progressive and evolutionary leaders, the Neuroscience of Change will accelerate deep and systemic shifts in energy, consciousness and culture.
The program content will reinforce positive behaviors already being demonstrated, while stretching the team to grow in new ways across several specific competencies.
“What is Change” and “How Do We Change”
Helps the team understand the science behind the mind/body connection and how external stimuli impacts behavior. We will teach the team how to remain open to grow and change by thinking greater than their environment, their body, and time. Enhancing this skill will enable less “reaction” to stimuli and more productive action.
Living in Survival vs. Creation
Helps individuals and teams understand/recognize their creative power, when it occurs naturally, and how to harness it more. Enhancing this skill will enable breakthrough thinking and new ideas that will accelerate internal/external relationships and outcomes.
Three Brains and Waves to the Future
Helps the team understand how their thinking, feeling, being brain interact and the role the Frontal Lobe serves, as the “CEO in charge.” Learning how to enable this “executive function” leads to clear intentionality and the ability to seamlessly execute toward that vision. Enhancing this skill will also impact all other competencies because harnessing the power of the Frontal Lobe drives coherence between the mind and body, leading to improved performance and overall health and wellbeing.
“The NOC Program was an inspiring and thought provoking program…it is a program every corporate would benefit from.”
