Course Description:
By grounding into the unique qualities, we bring as women into the workplace, we are able to influence rather than be influenced. This workshop is an opportunity for women to uncover, acknowledge, and harness their innate attributes to lead in their own unique style and capacity. Through interactive exercises, participants will discover and utilize their natural talents, enabling them to apply these abilities in any setting they enter. The session concludes with a hands-on creative experience, where participants will create an ‘energizing’ artifact to serve as a daily reminder to incorporate the lessons from this session into their daily leadership life, whether they are leading themselves or others.
What We Will Do:
- Discover Your Natural Character Strengths: Learn to identify and use your innate strengths as a foundation for personal and professional growth.
- Create a Supportive Environment for Strengths: Explore the importance of building a space where women can own and fully express their strengths.
- Apply Grounding and Reframing Techniques: Gain practical tools to generate and sustain the energy needed to lead yourself and others effectively.
