A renaissance man through and through, Swen Nater is perhaps best known for his NBA and ABA basketball career but also enjoys notoriety for his voice, storytelling, poetry, guitar-playing skills, and passion for magic.
His special relationship with John Wooden, perhaps the greatest basketball coach ever, has been shared with Authenica events audiences dating back to the Excellence, The Adventure Continues experience held at the Lodge at Torrey Pines in LaJolla, CA in 2016 and multiple occasions since.
In 2017, Swen’s story was featured in the Authenica-produced film, Masterpiece, where his story of triumphing over struggle serves as hope for anyone who is going through extreme adversity.
