It’s time to ECHO
Authenica is thrilled to announce the inaugural ECHO Conference destination experience taking place in Winter Park, Florida on May 31-June 2, 2026.
ECHO is an acronym that best describes what Authenica brings forth to those we serve and support:
-E stands for Elevate
-C is for Connect
-H stands for Heal
-O for Optimize
For ECHO event experience, we will host an occasion that incorporates special guests, great stories, next level performances, timely content, dynamic use of space and memorable culinary experiences for a global audience of 150 greater good executives, ascending leaders, brand ambassadors and high-performing students.
Our event theme, A Work of Heart, represents a phrase that also reflects the commitment of our host venue, The Alfond Inn, to art and philanthropy while also providing the event content framework.
In short, ECHO was designed for leaders who inspire and want to be inspired.
THE ALFOND INN
For ECHO, we are adding The Alfond Inn to the list of special destinations to host an Authenica event experience. Owned by Rollins College, a private coeducational liberal arts college in Winter Park, Florida, The Alfond Inn opened in August 2013. We share the generosity at the heart of The Alfond Inn, as all net operating income provides scholarships to Rollins College. Authenica is thrilled to partner with this iconic venue that is clearly aligned with the theme of excellence as a means of differentiation.
ROLLINS COLLEGE
Rollins College is a private institution that was founded in 1885. In the 2026 edition of Best Colleges, Rollins College is ranked No. #2 in Regional Universities South. It’s also ranked No. #2 in Best Undergraduate Teaching.
On the Rollins College website, you’ll see the phrase Driven by Purpose. Powered by People. Ready for Anything located on their landing page. Their unofficial motto, Life is for Service, served as a profound source of inspiration for the late alumnus, Fred Rogers (’51, ’74H), better known as Mister Rogers, who was deeply influenced by the message while it also representing Rollins College’s commitment to community engagement, humanitarian efforts and dedication to others.
AGENDA
The hallmark of an Authenica event.
There will be no agenda shared before or at the event
To keep participants in the moment throughout.
Nor will there be any stated deliverables
So as to not limit your experience.
Your result is epiphanies and discoveries unique to each
Based on your life experience leading up to ECHO

The Alfond Inn and Rollins College represent the canvas-
Our participants are the brushstrokes.
A masterpiece awaits with ECHO.
EVERYONE GETS BETTER!
