My purpose in life stems from a pre-adult life of pain, loneliness and despair. As a young adult, my past could have been defined as more of the same for my future. I had a choice, continue as a victim, or move forward with a purpose. Purpose requires a crystal-clear vision of a desired future state, it takes courage, resilience, confidence, humility, dynamic mentors and an unwavering belief in oneself to achieve one’s purpose.
As a consultant, my purpose, as I envisioned so many years ago has become reality. I am so very thankful to be entrusted by my clients to deliver customized organizational experiences with measurable results. Biases, limiting beliefs, individual ego’s and personal agendas become thought processes of the past and are replaced with “team first.”
