Jane Malecki is a passionate mentor and coach who, throughout her career, has helped women break through the glass ceiling to reach their goals.
Jane founded Glass Ceiling Warriors in 2018 and has dedicated 100% of her time to train and coach women in professional services to attain their goal of becoming partner.
Jane is a tenured professional with a plethora of diverse business experience over the course of her career. One of her major accomplishments was pushing through the glass ceiling while raising a family and attained the level of Partner and Executive Director with two major accounting firms.
In 2002, Jane moved from public accounting to the corporate world where she rose to Senior Vice President, overseeing global products and services for a large Relocation Management Company.
Jane obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from Bernard M. Baruch College, CUNY.
