Ginny began her professional career with MasterCard’s national operation team. Thereafter, she entered the sports marketing and celebrity management arena by joining Mark McCormack and his company, International Management Group (IMG.) Years later, Ginny launched BVM Enterprises, a full-service marketing and advertising agency, a 16-time award winning company serving large corporations, closely held businesses, hospitals, non-profits and government agencies. After transitioning her business to BVM employees, Ginny established Decision Point Executive Coaching, an organization that focuses on supporting C-level executives and ascending professionals. She is a big picture thinker, enjoys solving complex business issues and successfully works with her clients to implement gut-level decisions supported by externally-generated data. Her role with Authenica’s PRISM program offering provides both front-end support as clients are initiated into the discovery process and back-end validation for what’s been experienced and learned through the assessment steps taken in between.
Ginny resides in Cleveland, Ohio, graduated from Notre Dame College with a Theology degree and holds an Advanced Certificate in Pastoral Ministry and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from John Carroll University.
